MSDN / Visual Studio downloads not working. RRS feed

  • Hi guys,

    quick question. I'm trying to access my MSDN / Visual Studio subscription benefits (which worked fine for years) but since they moved it to my.visualstudio.com/downloads i can't download the products anymore. It says "loading" and the circle keeps on loading forever. I already tried to switch to the old download experience but this is not working at all.

    I tried different Browsers (Edge, IE, Firefox) with several settings, different computers and networks. I don't have any idea what is going on there and yes, i do have a valid subscription.

    Is there anyone else out there having the same issue at the moment?

    Refer to your description, your issue is about the Visual Studio Subscription. Since our forum is to discuss the VS IDE and we cannot help you check your subscription benefit or this download permission, you can go to Support>Get Support>Contact Us! to get a better support, thank you for your understanding.

    Meanwhile, after research I found we can download the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update from here. You can directly update to the latest version of Windows 10 or use the media creation tool to create the installation media or choose other download options.
