Microsoft USB Sync not installed properly and Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 Cannot Start

  Hi,

  We are connecting a WinCE7 device to a windows7 PC via USB cable.

  Windows mobile device center 6.1 is installed in the windows 7 PC.

  In wince7 device, active sync and serial class is enabled in the image.

  But windows mobile device center application cannot start when the winCE7 device connect to windows7 PC.

  It also cannot start when double click on the mobile center application icon.

  We assume that Microsoft USB Sync need to install before invoke the mobile device center application for proper working.

  But we cannot install Microsoft USB sync driver successfully.Serial class driver is invoked in the device manager.

  Please help to solve the issue
