help with my subscription RRS feed

    I'm at my wits end.  I've been attempting to resolve my problem for the last couple of weeks.


    Several months back, I purchased a new computer and the OneCare program.  I installed it using the product key and everything was okay.


    Two weeks ago, I was having problems with my computer so, using the recovery disk, I reinstalled windows.  Then, I reinstalled OneCare.  Unknowingly, I created a new account (although later I found out all I had to do was use the original login/password to activate my account.  So after I created a new account, I attempted to use the product key to initiate OneCare.  I received a message that the product key was in use and if I was reinstalling OneCare, all I had to do was use my original login/password. 


    I guess my question is, how do I retrieve my "original" login/password that I created with the original product key?  I've followed all the directions to try to complete this task, but I keep going in circles.  When I click on "help" and "about onecare" to access my account, it has my new account info, but not the original login/password.


    Can anyone help?  My temporary subscription (which I created for the time being) runs out tomorrow.
