Digitally signed Emails are ignored by Email Router RRS feed

  • We are using the email router for our support cases. Incoming Mails are converted to a case by workflow.

    Everything works fine except emails which are digitally signed. These Emails are ignored by the email router.

    Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

  • No answer to this old question. This is still happening to us on the latest Update Rollup. Can anyone from MS answer this? I'd rather not burn a support call for this question.

  • unfortunatelly, I got no answers yet. 
    We solved the issue on ourself by creating an exchange rule which removed the pgp-file attached to those emails. this worked for our support mailbox.

  • Mmm, that may not be a solution for us as i think it needs an edge router ex2010 role and we don't have one of those.

    Back to needing the Emailrouter to just read the emails.

  • Have you tried Server Sync instead of the email router?
