  • Bad news I'm afraid.

You have massive file corruption - the SFC found over 400 file problems, and could only repair around 10 of them.

I think your best way forward is a repair install of the OS.

  • You have a File Mismatch -

SFC -System File Checker - Instructions

Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories

Right-click on the Command Prompt entry

Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt
    - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.

    At the Command
    prompt, type

    SFC /SCANNOW

    and hit the Enter key

Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.

Upload the CBS.log file (compressed, please!) to your OneDrive or DropBox Public folder,
and post a link - also post a new MGADiag report.

  • <GenuineResults><MachineData><SYSTEM><Manufacturer>Hewlett-Packard</Manufacturer><Model>HP Compaq Pro 6300 MT</Model></SYSTEM><BIOS><Manufacturer>Hewlett-Packard</Manufacturer><Version>K01 v02.83</Version></BIOS></MachineData></GenuineResults>

There is a BIOS issue with OEM/SLIC activation of Windows 7 on this HP model that is fixed by BIOS update v02.85 (and later).  Go to HP Support, enter your model # (Pro 6300) and download/apply a newer BIOS version.  If you need installation/restore media you can find them reasonably priced on Ebay (I just bought some myself, though it was for Windows 8/8.1).  It does NOT need to be "model" specific for Windows 7.  Just about any genuine HP Compaq recovery or restore media will suffice to get Windows 7 Professional back on it with (OEM) activation preserved/intact but won't have the applications that were included with the PC unless you have a full restore set with included applications disc.  e.g. search Ebay for "HP Windows 7 Professional SP1 64Bit OEM Restore Recovery" should find a few for approx. $20 delivered.  You presently have 32-bit OS but I would recommend 64-bit unless you specifically have some older apps that only work on 32-bit or require some legacy interfaces that were stripped in 64-bit editions.  This machine HP Pro 6300 is fully 64-bit ready.

If you prefer I can provide some download links and instructions to an ISO image of Windows 7 Professional OEM 64-bit that I allege is unaltered genuine MS product (I created the ISO myself from genuine hologram DVD) but you take the risk I could be providing you something wonky.
