So, as you can see, the tool identifies Office Status as Not Activated while the Office software on the computer tells me it is acitvated. There is no reduced functionality in the Office programs. This contradiction is preventing me from downloading any updates to the Office software. Since the last successful update in May 2007 hardware configuration change to computer is installation of new motherboard. This Office software suite originally installed and activated on Dell Dimension 4400 then removed from that machine and installed on a custom build in February 2007. A reinstalltion of OS on new build was done in May 2007, after which Office suite was installed again and last successful Office update done.

Any help on how to resolve this problem is greatly appreciated.
