Hello SNEHA KANCHETTI,
Your computer has nongenuine volume licensing installations of both Windows XP Pro and Office Professional 2003.
Do you have a Certificate of Authenticity for either or both the installed Windows or the installed Office? The CoA for Windows may be affixed to the computer itself. The CoA for Office may be on the retail package (if you purchased Office at retail) or may be on the cardboard CD sleeves if it came as an OEM (came preinstalled with the computer) product.
