Hello smith kirk,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

At the moment your Gateway computer has two installations of Office.
a. Office Enterprise 2007 is reporting as a nongenuine volume licensing installation that was done with an Invalid volume licensing product key.
b. Office Home and Student 2007 is reporting as a genuine retail license installation, which is exactly what we should see being sold to and installed on a consumer's computer.
The nongenuine Office is causing the nongenuine notices being dsiplayed on your screen. To correct this:
1. From the Programs applet of Control Panel, uninstall the nongenuine Office Enterprise 2007.
2. Restart the computer twice.
3. Open an Office Home and Student 2007 program such as Word 2007.
4. At this point you should not be seeing nongenuine notices.
5. However, if you do, that means there are remnants of the nongenuine Office Enterprise 2007 installation that have to be cleaned up. Continue with the steps to clean up.
6. From the nongenuine notice, click on the Learn More Online link to go to a Microsoft informational web page. In the background, the OGA Notifier is being reset and is forced to recheck your validation status. Give the check a little time to work.
7. Close the web page, restart the computer, then open Word 2007 and check for nongenuine notices. If no notice, the recheck worked.
8. If continued notices, close the notice.
9. Go to this MS KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/919895 and work your way thru the Methods. Usually Methods 1 and 2 are OK. In Method 3, run the MS FixIt to delete the Office license file.
10. After running the FixIt, restart, then open Word 2007 and if necessary, reactivate.
11. After opening Word and reactivating if necessary, close Word and revisit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button.
12. After validation, open Word 2007 and check to make sure there are no more nongenuine notices.
Please come back here to let us know how you did.
