  • Hi,

You can take classes locally which are not very cheap.

I have Windows Server 2008 R2 installed at home, and I have achieved several of the certifications. I have learnt these firstly by using the technology, but also by using microsoft e-learning and mostly the MS Press books. I find these excellent for learning, and they also come with practice tests as well. They cost about £30 in the UK, so not sure how much that is in the Ukraine!

I have found that when i have used the MS Press books and then taken the practice test, when I have achieved a passing score on the practice, I have always passed the exam.

Exams are about £88 and can be booked at http://www.prometric.com

    Good luck!

  • Firstly Windows Server 2008 certifications have many cerfications according to the different technology .you can see
    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-windowsserver.aspx#tab2
So do Windows 7 certifications ,you can see http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/view-by-technology.aspx
you are required to  pass the corresponding exams of windows 2008 or  windows 7 ,if you pass them ,you will be certified .

    Hope it useful for u

  • You are required to attend a prometric test centre in your country in order to take the exam, but everything else you can do from books and online at your own pace.
