Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (beta).I am sorry to hear about the problem you encountered when installing the Fix it Center application. Based on your described, your issue was happened in run installing.
To solve your issue could you please provide us some informations?
1. Which version of windows are you use? [XP/Win7/Vista/Server2003/Server2008] [32/64]
2. Which "error code" are you got?
3. When the error message raised,the previous "Fix it Center" wizard UI is which one?
4. If you re-installing, did you encounter this error again?
5. Can the problem be reproduced at will? Does the problem persist after restarting Windows?
