Baseline Security Analyzer error 0xc8000438 security updates RRS feed

    I am trying to run the MS Baseline security analyzer tool and get a "security updates" error 0xc8000438.  I checked the FAQ's error help and did a search, but found nothing.  I suspect the tool may attemtping a "Windows Update".  My company disabled that feature in the registry as they want patches performed using SMS.  Is this causing the error and if so is there any way to fix this?
