Can a User having below roles would be able to assign Lead entity record to other user at same BU/ Across BU level?
Example: Lead Roles
-------------------
Entity Create Read Write Delete Append Append To
Assign Share
Lead User User User User BU BU
BU BU
Scenario:

User should be able to Create/ Read/ Write/ Delete/ Assign/ Share only their own Lead records.He should not be able to view other users Leads unders same BU.
We tried achieving the requirement using above roles but facing prevelidges issues.
But when we give 'Read' access at 'BU' level then we are able to assign the record to other user. But this will give access of all the leads in that BU to the user which we dont want.
Please suggest any possible solution.
