Communicator Web Access - can log in but cannot open chat window RRS feed

  • I've got an interesting problem here. I can successfully log into Communicator Web Access with various users, but when I double-click a name to start a chat with another person, the new window opens and Internet Explorer (and Firefox) tells me the page could not be found and to make sure I was connected to the network.

    When I send an IM to the user logged into CWA, the popup appears, but when I click to read the message, the full window comes up and says the same thing, that the page could not be found.

    Does anyone have any ideas of what might be wrong here? Why would it authenticate and seem to work, but then not be able to actually open chat windows?
