Hi, i bought a second hand desktop online about two months ago. After a few weeks of working fine it suddenly started saying windows is not genuine. Can anybody help me? Here is my diagnostic tool.

Your install is counterfeit. You have an OEM SLP for Dell but a SLIC Table for Asus on a machine that was made 15 months before Windows 7 was released. You will need to purchase a legal copy of Windows, format your drive and reinstall. Be sure to back up your data first.

Not a stupid question. As far as I am aware, you can't buy just a product key online - legally.

You can purchase a Windows 7 Professional license (which includes an installation DVD) and then proceed to Update the Windows Product Key.
In addition, the installed copy of Microsoft Office XP Professional with FrontPage is also counterfeit. You'll need to uninstall it and then install a genuine edition of Microsoft Office.
