  • after clicking on finish setup and filling out the questions i his finish and it said to send more money.

    Thank you for visiting the Live OneCare program forum. Can you please give me the exact Dialog Message you are receiving so that I may investigate this further?  Did your OneCare install okay? Is it running okay? Is there more to your scenario that goes beyond paying for your program?

  • When you install OneCare, you also need to activate. You do this by clicking subscribe within OneCare and selecting the option to subscribe with a retail key if you purchased a boxed copy of OneCare.
