    I use synctoy to backup files in a partition within the same drive and on an external drive. I had to restore my system using Acronis imaging software to an earlier date. Then I cleaned out some old files. When I run synctoy, it does not delete those files on my backup drives. If I create a new file and delete it, it will delete. But if the file was made prior to restoring my system, it will not delete.

    What version of syncToy you have used for this problem.

    I think we have fixed this issue on syncToy 2.1. Try to update to SyncToy 2.1, take a look if it could resolve your problem.
