Message: A pop up has been blocked, do you want to allow it?

  I'm using Microsoft Edge and have turned ON the POP UP blocker. I receive a message, often, that a message has been blocked, do I want to allow it.

  I want to block add's but I don't need/want to have this message displayed every time an add is blocked!
