I am unable to install Microsoft Fix It.
Every time I run the exe file, I get the message:
"Troubleshooting cannot continue because an error has occurred
We're sorry, but an error occurred while downloading one or more components and the troubleshooter cannot be run. Please try again later."
Well, I've tried again "later," no luck. I've turned off my firewall and tried to install Fix It, still, no luck.
I am having other problem with Windows and they keep telling me to use "Fix It" but how can I do that when I can't even run it? Please help! I know others are having this very same problem and I don't understand why Microsoft seemingly refuses
to address this problem?!
