Users in my CRM application are having trouble with tracking of e-mails through outlook, CRM addin not visible in outlook, CRM tracking button is missing from quite sometime(more than an year) now. This is always resolved mainly by re-installing
CRM for outlook afresh, for the affected. We have not yet identified the actualy root cause for this.
The users use outlook for CRM work on a day to day basis and this is affecting their work immensely. Re-installing it again and again is very time consuming and they don't seem happy at all.
Please let us know what can be done to resolve this.
