WHS Crashed had and can't get domain name back

  I had a total crash of my WHS and had to reinstall everything took over a month.

  But I cannot get my domain name back and this is a necessity as it is used by my children who are in service overseas and it is the way we transfer larger files,  It worked for years but now no DOMAIN name 

  Someone please help..
