Not able to log into Windows Live thru setup on OneCare

  I need to finish setup on my downloaded copy of OneCare.  It installed the software but I cannot log into Windows Live on the Sign in Screen.  It gves me an error code: 80048869.  As you can see I am able to log into Windows live if I go the the home screen.  I want my money back ASAP if this is a common problem or if you advise me to just try again.
