We have Recurring Appointments that are set regarding to Case. The Recurring Appointments are set to create on a regular schedule with no end time. So far those appointments have created fine, but for some unknown reasons they stop creating after certain
numbers of occurrences. Our organization doesn't have any customization on Recurring Appointments.

I see that when creating a Recurring Appointment, CRM creates a set of open or scheduled appointment instances. In our case, this first set of appointment instances get created, but somehow at certain point they stop randomly.
Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue? Any help is appreciated, thanks much.
