Again, after several years of uninterrupted use after activation, the "Build 6002" watermark appeared on the corner of the screen. I've tried everything I've foudn in this forum other than the command that resets the system and requires re-activation which I dont want to use since I dont see why should I use one of my reactivations. Thanks for the help!Diagnostic Report (1.9.0019.0):-----------------------------------------WGA Data-->Validation Status: GenuineValidation Code: 0Cached Validation Code: 0x0Windows Product Key: *****-*****-V2PKT-P4PFX-X3DJTWindows Product Key Hash: 0Ok92BlYDoUkVe9iPgEDhr/v/OQ=Windows Product ID: 89581-313-0234516-71485Windows Product ID Type: 5Windows License Type: RetailWindows OS version: 6.0.6002.2.00010300.2.0.002ID: {96801DFA-A4A5-4561-AAB3-BAD1EEDB3A6F}(3)Is Admin: YesTestCab: 0x0WGA Version: Registered, 1.7.69.2Signed By: MicrosoftProduct Name: Windows Vista (TM) Home BasicArchitecture: 0x00000009Build lab: 6002.lh_sp2beta.081017-1605TTS Error:Validation Diagnostic:Resolution Status: N/AWgaER Data-->ThreatID(s): N/A, hr = 0x80070002Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002WGA Notifications Data-->Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002File Exists: NoVersion: N/A, hr = 0x80070002WgaTray.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002WgaLogon.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002OGA Notifications Data-->Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002OGAExec.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002OGAAddin.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002OGA Data-->Office Status: 109 N/AOGA Version: N/A, 0x80070002Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-364-80041010_025D1FF3-229-80041010_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-517-80040154_025D1FF3-237-80040154_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-244-80070002_025D1FF3-258-3Browser Data-->Proxy settings: N/AUser Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Win32)Default Browser: C:\PROGRA~2\MOZILL~1\FIREFOX.exeDownload signed ActiveX controls: PromptDownload unsigned ActiveX controls: DisabledRun ActiveX controls and plug-ins: AllowedInitialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: DisabledAllow scripting of Internet Explorer Webbrowser control: DisabledActive scripting: AllowedScript ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting: AllowedFile Scan Data-->Other data-->Office Details: <GenuineResults><MachineData><UGUID>{96801DFA-A4A5-4561-AAB3-BAD1EEDB3A6F}</UGUID><Version>1.9.0019.0</Version><OS>6.0.6002.2.00010300.2.0.002</OS><Architecture>x64</Architecture><PKey>*****-*****-*****-*****-X3DJT</PKey><PID>89581-313-0234516-71485</PID><PIDType>5</PIDType><SID>S-1-5-21-966151758-1169778262-4226189734</SID><SYSTEM><Manufacturer>System manufacturer</Manufacturer><Model>P5K</Model></SYSTEM><BIOS><Manufacturer>American Megatrends Inc.</Manufacturer><Version>1201 </Version><SMBIOSVersion major="2" minor="4"/><Date>20081014000000.000000+000</Date></BIOS><HWID>CA313507018400FA</HWID><UserLCID>0409</UserLCID><SystemLCID>0409</SystemLCID><TimeZone>Romance Standard Time(GMT+01:00)</TimeZone><iJoin>0</iJoin><SBID><stat>3</stat><msppid></msppid><name></name><model></model></SBID><OEM/><GANotification/></MachineData><Software><Office><Result>109</Result><Products/><Applications/></Office></Software></GenuineResults>Spsys.log Content: 0x80070002Licensing Data-->Software licensing service version: 6.0.6002.16497Name: Windows(TM) Vista, HomeBasic editionDescription: Windows Operating System - Vista, RETAIL channelActivation ID: 95c6e80a-0ff8-4bd0-95f2-c4a39b79d09eApplication ID: 55c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059fExtended PID: 89581-00142-313-023451-00-1033-6002.0000-0802010Installation ID: 017061712730846253843501115873452724008082983102189913Processor Certificate URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=43473Machine Certificate URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=43474Use License URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=43476Product Key Certificate URL: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=43475Partial Product Key: X3DJTLicense Status: LicensedEvaluation End Date: 6/2/2010 1:59:59 AMWindows Activation Technologies-->N/AHWID Data-->HWID Hash Current: PAAAAAEABAABAAIAAwABAAAAAwABAAEA6GGGrNUmPvoCpXTmiP0cHLZ0bEaN7/L0d/YAUPe94pSsViqFOEM Activation 1.0 Data-->N/AOEM Activation 2.0 Data-->BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes, but no SLIC tableWindows marker version: N/AOEMID and OEMTableID Consistent: N/ABIOS Information:ACPI Table Name OEMID Value OEMTableID ValueAPIC A_M_I_ OEMAPICFACP A_M_I_ OEMFACPHPET A_M_I_ OEMHPETMCFG A_M_I_ OEMMCFGOEMB A_M_I_ AMI_OEMOSFR A_M_I_ OEMOSFRMonday, March 29, 2010 6:33 PM

Hello JossD
First off, the original message you received was not a Non-Genuine message. It was a message telling you the the Beta was expiring. Neither of the Diagnostic Report, that you posted, show any indication of a non-genuine issue.
The second Diagnostic Report shows that you are currently have the release version of Service Pack 1 installed. If you are still seeing the same message as you did when you had the Beta of SP 2 installed, then I recommend going to the Service Pack support page http://support.microsoft.com/ph/11732#tab1
Note: if the page doesn't help, click the link under "Get Help Now". The link will take you to Live support. My understanding is that Service Pack support is provided at no cost.
Thank you.

You are using a beta copy. You must upgrade to the final copy to restore functionality ("Build lab: 6002.lh_sp2beta.081017-1605").Monday, March 29, 2010 7:34 PM

OK.. How do I do that? I only bought the license, never got a hard copy.
Edit:
OK, I figured I had installed a beta of SP2. Removed it and now MSGDT report looks like this:

QUESTION: The "build 6002" watermark still shows up on screen. What else shoudl I do?

Thank you.
