Hi All,
Just want to update everybody here. This issue has been fixed as of now. We've identified a problem in one of our backend servers in which transactions (alerts, points and other activities) have been queueing for more than 3 - 4 hours (Sometimes longer). We've introduced a fix around ~3:30 PM (US/PST time) where the queue started to process all queue'd transactions. Some of those transactions should have processed by now and users should see their points, alerts and "My" thread pages updated.
Thanks everyone for the patience and apologize for the delay.

Thanks for reporting. We're looking at the issue at our end. We've been getting delays average 2 to 3 hours. Will update the thread once I get more info.
Thanks.

Hi There-
Across all forums, users will see delays in their “My Threads”, recognition points updating in their profile and the delivery time for Live Alert notifications while the team is investigating some issues with these processes.
Thanks-
Alicia

hi ,
i wish it would be only two hours in europe , ...
half dont show up at all , ... the other half is delayed due to increased activity , maybe when new servers are used with good software will it be fixed , ... (!!)
the alerts and mail can not send anything if they dont recieve anything , alerts ( under the messenger system - not from this site ) works fine , only a minor down this weekend for maint of 1 hour .
maybe if we beg enough they will do it ?
have a nice day

hi ,
today , well the last 12 hours before this post is the average delay 4 hours and 17 minutes , ...
actually it has been slow for a long time , but nothing like 4 hours , ... the funny thing , it stays around that time with either 5 minutes plus or minus .
i checked 8 accounts and they all have the same delay , location seems to be no part in the delay
have a nice day
