No XP PRO CD but I still have the Product Key

  I recently purchased some second hand PC's which I have had to format the hard drive on. Unfortunately, no CD's came with the purchase. I have tried to load windows XP from another XP disk I already had but it does not seem to accept my serial key.

   

  I have the original serial key as it is a sticker attached to the computer. The sticker states:

   

  'Windows XP professional 1 - 2cpu

  OEM Product

  X08 - 54516'

   

  I believe the version is XP PRO OEM SP1a.

   

  Can someone please inform me on the best way to proceed?
