    How do I create a report for neglected contacts?

    Want to look for contacts which have not had an activity created in the last 3 months.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately it is impossible to build a report that shows contacts with no actitvities with either the Report Wizard or the Advanced Find. You may build such reports with FetchXml, using code and SDK methods or you can use T-SQL and build your report using Visual Studio as a regular Reporting Services project.

    If you mean with advanced find, you can't. You could add all contacts to a marketing list and then remove the ones you HAVE contacted.

    Alternatively you could do it with SRS using the report writer or with Excel by modifying the query.
