Oracle Report 6i Arabic Date alignment problem in Windows 7 RRS feed

    Hi


    We have 6i Forms and Report and wanna run in windows 7. But we found arabic Date disaplay problem in reports. As you know arabic writting from right. But date display like 21/10/1431 and I wanna like 1431/10//21.
    I tried from regional setting but this is problem from system it self.
    Even I install left to right patch (KB979643-x86).

    We can change date format from Report but we have hundreds of Reports.

    Same report display correctly from XP

    Please Help

    for me it is not working XP,  we have tow mode englsih and arabic, we  entered date in dd/mm/yyyy  when user is toggled in arabic mode then data is  not togled in arabic format yyyy/mm/ddd
