Answers

  • Log in to the Microsoft MCP site and find out what your MCP ID is.
    https://www.microsoft.com/learning/members/en/us/mcp/mcp-default.aspx

Your MCP ID should appear in the lower right corner of the screen, right under My profile.

As well, be sure and verify that all your passed exams appear in your transcript and not under a different MCP ID. That happens often. Microsoft occasionally creates a new MCP ID for test takers when they pass an exam without checking if you already had one.

    Good luck!

  • Hi

Did you try to associate as described here: https://mspartner.microsoft.com/en/us/Pages/Membership/Simplified-association-process.aspx

Your company or employer must already be part of a partner program to be able to associate. If this is not case then your company or employer will first need to enroll in a partner program.
