\there's a couple of possibilities here....Your computer is a Dell, manufactured (at the latest) soon after April 2007You haven't yet installed Service Pack 3You're still running with IE 7, rather than IE 8Your installation of Windows is XP Pro - and as far as I can tell, this model appears only to have been sold with XP home, or the equivalent.According to the COA sticker on the case, for which version and edition of Windows is the computer licensed???
