Hi,
When you create a relationship between two entities the related entity starts appearing in left navigation. When you click New left navigation is there but disabled.
When you open an existing record the left navigation is in enabled state. So to display entity in left navigation create relationship between two entities.

Hi Pathan,
you used to get left navigation links in entity when you create relationship between two entities, so you need to creation relationship with required entities. also you can call custom like to call a custom web page as well.
refer: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/crm/archive/2008/02/14/crm-4-0-relationships-explained.aspx this is for ms crm 4.0 but concept is same for ms crm 2011.

I have created a button called email in ribbon.and i have added a url for that in action . The url i have added is copied from email button which is present in Add tab of CRM form.so when i click the button, instead of opening a new tab it is opening a new browser window..
