Qualify lead in CRM 2013- need help RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    In CRM 2011, the lead qualification process enable the user to choose whether he would like to qualify the lead into Account, Opportunity and Contact.

    The user could choose:not to create one of the above, choose some of the above or create all of the three (by marking checkboxs).

    Now, in CRM 2013, the system creates the records automatically:

    1. Contact and Opportunity are always created 

    2. The Account is created only if user populated the "Company" field in the lead entity.

    The change is not fit to our business needs.

    Does anyone know if there is an option to cancel it?
