Email router configuration - incoming mails not coming in CRM RRS feed

  • Hi all

    I've configured the email router to work with POP3/SMTP and CRM Online 2016.

    Outgoing mails are working fine, except incoming is not. Looking in the logs it seems that it has a problem reading the messages. For all the messages in my mailbox it says this: Validating the email message with subject "" from to for

    Mind that does not seem to be able to retrieve the information from the POP3 server. Could this be a problem with my mail provider or a setting in the email router?

    This could be related to the POP3 mail system. There are few isolation questions that can lead to accurate analysis.

    Has Email Router tracked incoming emails in the past from this POP3 email system?

    Does Incoming email get into CRM if Email tracking option is changed to "All Email Messages" under personal options email tab?

    What is the result if POP3 mail system is changed to a different? Given rest of the setup is identical, only changing parameter is the POP3 mail system.
