Attaching multiple contacts to a case. RRS feed

    Is it possible to have a case with one primary contact and multiple secondary or related contacts?

    I want to be able to create a case for a contact then link any other contacts that might be pertinent to that case as well.

    Add a subgrid in case form and relate it to contact that may help you

    You can use a contact subgrid like Reddy mentioned, or you can use Connections if you need to define what their role on the case is.
