Revalidating Office 2003 Volume License

Question
-
Hello,
Through my employer I purchased Office Professional Edition 2003 (Home use program). I bought it in nov. 2005 but didn't bother to install because I had a perfectly good working Office suite running. However today I tried to install and validate my legally owned Office suite and it still doesn't validate. When running the MGA validation tool this is what I get (see below)
I'm absolutly sure my copy is legitimate. Not only is my employer a Dutch government department, I was also involved in the purchase of the volume license. Your MS ordernr. is : 101737652 dd. 30/11/2005. Can you help me in revalidating my software?
Regards, MJMK

Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2 indicates the license was reported stolen or misused. It is no longer a "genuine" product key.

Hello Carey,
Thank you for your prompt response. I'm sorry it's not very helpful. As I was browsing this forum yesterday I came across this explanation more than once so I am aware of the meaning of it. What I don't understand is how this could happen. I assure you (and others) it is part of a genuine volume license of several thousands. As I explaind in my message, if it has been reported stolen or misused this is not through the government office I work for because I would have known about it. Therefore:
- Who has reported it stolen or misused? and
- How can I get a new key (or get it "unreported") and
- How do I reactivate the key once Office reports the key already activated?
Anyone?
Thanks again Carey.
Regards, MJMK

MJMK,
Carey is correct MJMK. Your diagnostic report shows a blocked product key for a major business in the USA. Please report this situation immediately to your system administrator and management. Next please have the system administratyor logon to the eOpen site https://eopen.microsoft.com/EN/default.aspp and confirm what your assigned VLK is for MS Office. Confirm your registered VLK last six digits match against the diagnostic result digits I view which are 6J4MT-3HFDY. Please run the diagnostic test on random machines to see if your receiving similiar VLK errors for MS Office. You may want to verify the operating system against the licensed VLK as a precaution.
You may use your favorite search engine and perform a search for 6J4MT-3HFDY (the last 6 digits of the product key). As you can see there are several sites which contain these digits. If you have further questions please post back.
Thank you,
Stephen Holm MS

Stephen,
Thanks for your answer. Sorry it took a while to respond. Your answer was helpfull in one way. I now know that I didn't succeed in changing the key of my office suite on my machine. The VLK key I have from my employer ends with PP8HP-WG6J6. Before receiving your answer I couldn't find if I was succesfull in replacing the key. And I obviously didn't.
So, my original problem still stands: How can I change the key of my office suite to the correct, legal, one without having to de-install/install everything?
Thanks again.
