Installed new version and now get error & need to shut down OneCare RRS feed

    I just went through uninstalling an old version of OneCare and had to run a utility sent by "steve" to get my CD/DVD to work again. I was sucessful in installing the new software version. When I ran OneCare, it gave me an error and needed to shut down, I did choose to send error report each time this has happened. I have not heard any replies from Microsoft about my error report. The icon is still red and I am unable to open OneCare. Please help.
