Opening session from USD Hosted Control for CRM 2013 application RRS feed

    Hi All,

    My Client is very much intersted in configuring the USD (Unified Service Desk). I have a requirement in which I need to create a USD Custom Hosted control and create the session (of Account or Contact) from there on click of a button.

    I tried to workout on it but not getting any sucess. I went through the API reference but couldn't find anything useful as well.

    Well, while working in CCA, the API itself gives the funciton of 'OpenSession()', which it seems has been removed from USD API.

    Can anyone help me, if anyone had a hands on it? Or, share your views/ideas on it?

    Are you creating a Session from a CRM object?

    if so, Have you looked at the walk though of USD and how to configure it?

    Hi Matt,

    I was trying to open the session from a custom USD Hosted Control. There was a mistake I was doing. Later I used the DynamicCustomerRecord and it worked.

    Hi,

    Existing "customer infromation system " need to build according to my customer like account, contact and lead enetity search based on records we need to verify the customer can you please susggest on this  how can we build it?
