Application (GRM) unable to connect to SQL over APN RRS feed

    We have an issue with an application that is unable to connect to SQL server over APN only (4G dongle). All other network applications work fine using the APN on the machines, it's just the 1 application.

    No issues when using the LAN or our VPN, it is able to connect through those 2 only.

    Occurs on both Windows 7 and Windows 10, all clients are the same. Initially this was intermittent, this week it simply does not connect at all via apn

    Did anyone experience something like this?
