Getting "No Results Found" when looking up other IM users in Office Communicator R2 RRS feed

  • I provisioned a user in Active Directory yesterday. Today, she is able to be seen by other users when they look her up in Communicator but she is getting "No Results Found" when looking others up.

    I have rebooted her machine several times, forced gpupdates and more. The issue persists. Any ideas? Thank you.

    The funny thing is on our web version of Office Communicator, she can look up anyone. She is just impacted on the client version. I have also tried logging her profile into other machines where Communicator is known to work. Same issue.

  • Maybe she's desktop not download de address book yet. To check it, delete the file galcontacts.db from "%usersprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Communicator" close and reopen de MOC and check if the file is recreated.

    Ensures which don't have any exclamation on MOC.
