Product Support

I have noticed there are several forums that say they are NOT product support, could you please provide a link to a forum that IS product support?

(require product support for Macromedia Projector).

These Forum are not aimed at providing support for a specific product; the Microsoft Support page can be found at http://support.microsoft.com.

Talking about Macromedia Projector, I suggest you to go to the Adobe Support web site at http://helpx.adobe.com/support/.
