Print Queue Script RRS feed

    I am really noob when it comes to scripting but I would like to create a script that I think would be really simple. I would like to be able to pin the script to the task bar if possible so all i have to do is click the icon. I need the script to unpause the print queue for printer "parts office" wait 20 seconds and pause it back. I work in an office setting where many people use the same printer and currently they just print to the printer and leave their papers there for a few minutes. I am trying to make it where they can click the icon on the task bar and then go grab their papers off the printer. they are not tech savvy enough to pause and unpause the queue on their own.
