How to publish to LMS

Question
-
Hi
I want to publish the courseware to a LMS name Moodle which is opensourced software and support the Scorm/AICC.
Per the LCDS instruction, I zipped the course files. When I exported the zip file into the moodle, Error occurred.
The error message is "Manifest not found".
Who can help me? Thanks a million.Monday, March 23, 2009 7:25 AM

You have to zip only the files inside the course folder. if you zip the folder it won't work.

I'm afraid that zipping the files inside or outside Course folder is not a big problem. The problem here is that LCDS's content package can not publish to any LMS but SLK on Sharepoint. I did try very hard with many LMS including Moodle, but I was absolutely disappointed.
I think this is a serious limitation of LCDS :(Thursday, April 23, 2009 7:02 PM -
Zipping the files within the course folder gave me a file which passed the SCORM 1.2 test tool in the Saba LMS. I am able to launch the content but it fails on the first page with this message: window.Silverlight.conrols is null or not an object - progress to a degree!

I had great expectations towards this product. If that's really true, I'll be really disappointed with LCDS.Wednesday, August 19, 2009 7:38 PM
