Lync 2010 client does not pop up message window for newly arrived message. RRS feed

    Front end-
    Windows7 professional Service Pack1.<o:p></o:p>

    Lync Server
    - Lync 2010.<o:p></o:p>

    Lync Client
    - Lync 2010 client.<o:p></o:p>

    description of issue- Our end user keeps on missing their new lync messages
    from their workstations due to no alert windows or popup windows appearing when
    new message arrives.<o:p></o:p>

    Could you
    please help us look in to the issue and advise us accordingly.<o:p></o:p>

    LyncNotifier was developed to address the issue you described of users missing important messages.  Not only does LyncNotifier create the notification on top of all other windows, but you can also add a glowing border to the notification to make it even more visible.  Give it a try here:  http://lyncnotifier.com
