  I managed to set up Vail Refresh in VMware Player. Being new to both WHS and Virtualisation, I'm stuck on the above. I can't paste to the Server desktop. I can see the server's directories on my host pc in explorer. I've googled and have not found anything similar. Any hints would be appreciated.

  Edit: I worked it out. I opened explorer on the server and was able to copy the file from the host pc to the virtual vail.
