Quarantine Failed - Trojan:JS/Kak.gen, Worm:Win32/Hybris.C@mm, Virus:Win32/Magistr.A@mm RRS feed

    I have looked all over and cannot figure out how to find the email message or the file that contains these viruses.

     

    Trojan:JS/Kak.gen

    Worm:Win32/Hybris.C@mm

    Virus:Win32/Magistr.A@mm

     

    This onecare gives me no information on fiding the file and the directions on the Microsoft Forum does not work!

     

    HELP!  I am on a 90 day trial but would never buy this because you can't get rid of the virus!

    It contains information about Quarantine Failed and explains what you can do to locate the infected files/attachments.

    This is an outdated post that does not give anymore information then I had before.  I have had this whatever it is for months now and it seems I need a better virus softeware than one care to remove it.

    It may be an old post, but if you look at the link in the original reply, it explains why OneCare reports "Quarantine Failed." If you need help with removing the threat, please contact support, but your PC is not "infected" if you see "Quarantine Failed" after a scan.
