    We are using OCS 2007 Standard and I would like to find out if there is a way to make a change to user information shown on the Communicator client.  When in the client you can view limited information about a user by clicking the arrow next to the persons name.  I would like to be able to add/delete what is shown.  For example, currently the info is limited to "Title", "Extension", "Company".  I would like to change this to view the Office Phone instead of Extension.  

    Does anyone know of a way to change this?

    It should show the following format:

    Name - Status
    Title, Company
    Office

    And if you have phone numbers in AD for the user that have been normalized they'll be visible as well by clicking the little down arrow next to Communicator call. But there isn't any way to modify what content in that bubble as far as I know. If you want something to show there, you'll have to input it in one of those fields.
