Hours report RRS feed

  • Does anybody know how to write a report that adds up all the time people have put in various tasks / cases for an Account?

  • You may need to use Custom SSRS report based on fetch or SQL depending on your CRM instance. Native Reports may not be able to do it. Apart from this, you can use Excel template to generate the same using formulas and upload it back and export the same from any view.

  • If you want "ALL" the time, regardless of the person/owner, you could use a rollup field.

    If you need to break it down by person/owner, you'll need individual rollup fields (not ideal), or Hari recommended export the records to Excel and use it to total them up.
