Sweetpack virus...I'm curious, do you know or have an idea where you got this horrible virus. I think I got it from either an Adobe Flash update (my first guess) or from a YouTube video I clicked on. I basically tried everything. So much for having
Norton Internet Security. When I contacted their support they had tbe nerve to tell me they could help me for $99.00!! Are you kidding???? I pay 54.99 for their software and in this case the Internet Security which failed to do its job and they want $99.00
to (see) if they can fix it I asked for advise on doing it myself and I get thrown back to some tools I had already tried before contacting support.
I just ended up reformatting and putting fresh operating system on. It was on my older laptop so not much I worried about losing. But I was so over it and would have done it on my desktop too. This virus sucks balls!
