    I did the whole download for fix it and now I press run and get this error code.  I have Vista.

          Thank you for your interest in Fix it Center(Beta). To futher find the root cause, I need some your information. Could you please tell me some information as following? 
       1. Which version of your OS (32/64)?
       2. Which Troubleshooter or XXXX_MATS_Run.exe you run? 
       3. Did you got any details error message?
       4. If you reboot your machine this issue still remains?

    I have the same problem.  I have a 64 bit.  The error says "An error occured while troubleshooting: An unexpected error occured, the troubleshooting wizard cannot continue. Error code: 0x80040154  Context: Elevated"

    First try a new sign in email address. I tried it on my Toshiba Vista and it worked.

    Possibly a security program is blocking this program. Try disabling your security and try Fix It.

    If security essentials or other Security progran is running Fix It won't work.
