  • Question

  • I have never taken an MS certification exam before and my first will be "Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager." There are no sample questions or exam and I am finding very little out there about preparing. I am of course going over the "Skills Being Measured" section and use Confifg Manager daily in my job. My greatest concern is areas I am not dealing with daily—specifically things like compliance.

Any pointers? My fear is studying the wrong things or focusing on the wrong details.

Also, the best thing that you can do is review the the 'Skills Measured' information on the exam webpage and ensure that you are confidant with the skills measured, they provide a detailed list on the site here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?id=70-243

Practice tests are great for accessing where you are at with your study and if you are scoring over 90% in the practice tests then you are most likely ready to sit the exam, but you will want to review the 'Skills Measured' in the exam webpage again first.

  • The information from Santos is excellent and much appreciated. My Google skills did not turn that up!

    Thanks very much.
