Windows Live Mail problem

    Question

  • When syncing one of my email accounts it keeps loading the same emails over and over never clearing them as downloaded.  The error message is:

    Unable to send or receive messages for the JU Email account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

    Server: 'inbound.att.net'
    Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F
    Protocol: POP3
    Port: 995
    Secure(SSL): Yes

    My other 2 email accounts work fine.

  • Have you found a solution to this problem? I had this problem about a year ago, then it stopped without explanation, and it started again today. I closed out of the program after it had downloaded over 2000 messages this morning, even though I only had about 10 new ones.
